- Sit on a chair with your straight back.

- You will feel a stretch at your neck area.
- Stay for few seconds and then relax.
3. Pout Lips Neck Stretch
- Be seated in a chair comfortably with your back straight.
- Place your palm on your chest.
- Look up towards the ceiling with closed mouth.
- Make a kiss face as if you are kissing the ceiling.
- While kissing you will feel your neck skin stretched.
- Hold the position for 2 seconds.
- Relax and repeat the exercise at least 5 times.
4. U-O Exercise-
This is one of the easiest exercise. You can perform it whenever you want.
- Stay in a comfortable position.
- Your hands resting on your knees.
- Try to say U and O alphabet by opening your mouth as widely as you can.
- BY doing so, you will feel your neck area to be stretched.
- Do it for 5 times.
5. Neck Massage-
Massaging your neck is the best way to tighten your neck skin naturally. You can even dry massage your neck without any oil. Just remember to massage the neck in an upward position.
