First and most obvious, the days of eating doughnuts, yum yum, and various sweet delights are over. We know that you love them, but sweet pastries are terrible for us. 2. Soda

The last place that you wish to go as a person is to soda city. Even the diet stuff is not good for you. Most of them are packed with sugars, sweeteners and other horrifying products – such as brominated vegetable oils. Instead of trying to find a replacement to soda, you should try and cut it out altogether. Once you get to the age of 30, we recommend that you start drinking more H20 as a replacement.

Try and drink more water to stay hydrated instead: you’ll benefit from it far more.

No. You have to do it, though, as this stuff is simply terrible for you.  These Foods You Should Never Eat After 30. Salty foods that can suck out all of the hydration from your system are bad for you and often lead to large, puffy circles under your eyes. Cut the soy sauce out!

5. Vegetable Oils:

Although often considered to be healthy for us, many forms of vegetable oils – like canola oils – are very much not the case. In fact, a lot of vegetable oils are bad for us as they are usually inflammatory substances that can leave you feeling more than a little uncomfortable.

Most of the time, they are modified in some way, as well, so keep that in mind, as many of us still buy these oils despite knowing this. They can contribute to anything from bone issues to immune system issues.

6. Fat-free & Low-fat Milk:

Although many of us choose this ‘healthy’ variant to dairy, it’s not good at all. Many people suggest that you avoid fat-free and low-fat milk as most of the time it’s actually nowhere near as good for you as the full-fat

stuff. You are more resistant to issues such as diabetes with full-fat milk, and you also make sure you are not adding more sugars to your system.

7. Cookies

While they might sound like a dream come true, ‘sugar-free cookies’ are often nothing of the sort. The sugar is replaced with all manner of other ingredients and tends to be loaded with artificial sweetener.

This is going to inhibit your chances of getting rid of that belly fat and is going to help make sure you stay the same size. After the age of 30, you need all the discipline you can get!

8. Sports Drinks

Loaded to the gills with sugar, glucose, and artificial sweeteners, sports drinks are a must-avoid after the age of 30. They are not good for your system in any real way, and they tend to just provide you with a short-term sugar kick.

While those working out might tend to eat away the negative side of sports drinks, other options are available. Make a healthy smoothie instead of a sugar-filled sports drink that leaves you drinking something that’s not very good for you at all.

9. Low-fat foods

While low-fat foods might seem like a good idea, they are often anything but. Low-fat foods are often spiked with sugars and sweeteners to hide the blandness of their taste. This can be uncomfortable to eat, and it can make it easy for you to slow down on weight loss or, at the very least, inhibit your chances of building a healthier body.

Sometimes, the low-fat alternatives can be worse than their full-fat equivalents, so keep that mind: fat is often better for the body than sugar!

10. Yogurt With Flavourings’

While most of us enjoy a nice bit of yogurt, yogurt with flavorings is not as good as it sounds. They can claim to be healthy all they like: most of these products are loaded with fats, sugars, and other such badness. They tend to give you all of the sugars that you need for the day, but not in a form that your body actually benefits from.
