  • Wear Cotton Socks- Protect your feet from dry winds by wearing cotton socks. Cotton socks help in the proper air and blood circulation of the feet, decreasing the bad odor of the feet.
  • Moisturize your feet twice a day- Since our feet do not have oil glands in them, they need to be moisturized and nourished properly. Make sure you moisturize the damaged heels twice a day to make them soft and smooth.
  • Scrub your Feet- Scrubbing your feet alternate days helps to remove the dead skin cells and impurities from the cracked heel. Moisturize your feet after scrubbing to lock the moisture in the feet.

Foot Mask:

  • Take 1-2 tbsp. of Organic Shea butter
  • Apply it on the cracked heel and massage it
  • Massage it for 1-2 minutes
  • Cover your feet with socks overnight
  • Wash it off in the morning.

2. Vitamin E Oil-

Vitamin E oil helps to hydrate and nourish the cracked heels and dry feet. It makes the heel soft and smooth.

Foot Mask:

  • Take 1-2 Vitamin E capsules
  • Pierce it and extract the oil from it
  • Apply this oil on the cracked heels and massage it

3. Tea Tree Oil-

Foot Mask:

  • Fill a tub with warm water
  • Add ½ cup Epsom salt
  • Soak your feet in the Epsom salt water
  • Let the feet be soaked for 15 minutes
  • Scrub it off to remove dead skin cells.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar

Wondering what is ACV doing here? Well, the acidic nature of ACV helps to remove the dead skin cells from the feet. It softens the dry skin and makes it fresh and healthy.

Foot Mask:

  • Take a tub of warm water
  • Add 1 cup of ACV in it
  • Soak your feet in the warm water for 15 minutes
  • Scrub off your feet and wash it with normal water.

6. Coconut Oil for Crecked Heels-

  • Take 2 -3 tbsp. of coconut oil

  • Shower or wash off your feet as usual in the morning.

7. Baking Soda-

Baking soda is a natural exfoliator. It helps to scrub off the dead skin cells and make feet clean and clear. Baking soda is also known to neutralize the foul odor.

  • Take 3 tbsp. of Baking Soda
  • Add it in the lukewarm water
  • Soak your feet in the water
  • Scrub off gently
  • Remove your feet and wash it off with clean water.

8. Honey-

We all know how effective honey is. Its anti-bacterial property helps to keep the bacteria off the feet. Honey is also a natural antiseptic, it helps to soothe the skin and revitalizes it.

Foot Mask:

  • Take a tub of warm water
  • Add 1 tbsp. of honey in it
  • You have got the mixture of water and honey
  • Soak your feet in the mixture for 15-20 minutes
  • Scrub off the dead skin gently

9. Petroleum Jelly-

Petroleum jelly is the most occlusive moisturizer when it comes to healing the cracked heels. It helps to moisturize the feet and make it soft and smooth.

Foot Mask:

  • Soak your feet in warm water for 15-20 minutes
  • With the help of pumice stone scrub your feet
  • Pat dry your feet
  • Apply moisturizer on the feet
  • Apply Vaseline or Petroleum jelly on it to lock the moisture in the feet
  • To avoid catching of dust, put on a sock.

10. Banana and Avocado Mask-

Seeing these two ingredients you might be thinking of any face mask or hair mask. But the reason heels get cracked because they lack moisture. Both of the ingredients are rich in healing the wounded heels and moisturizing them.

Foot Mask:

  • Take 1 Banana
  • And ½ Avocado
  • Blend both of them in the grinder
  • You will get a rich creamy paste
  • Apply the paste on your cracked heels
  • Let it stay for 15-20 minutes
  • Wash it off with lukewarm water.

11. Salt, Glycerine and Rose Water Foot Mask-

A perfect foot mask, which will help to remove the dead skin cells and will moisturize the cracked heels. Rosewater is rich in antioxidants; it prevents the damaging of a cell. Glycerine is an effective humectant that helps to moisturize the heels and keep it soft and smooth.
