Breakfast– An egg with an omelet, a toast, a seasonal fruit, a glass of warm water.
Lunch– Chicken, one roti (Bajra, jowar or bran), vegetable, curd, and fruits.
Dinner– Veg/chicken sandwich and salad.
She eats every two hours and does not stay hungry for a long time. Whenever she is hungry or thirsty, she tries to fulfill it in a healthy manner like sipping buttermilk or cucumber juice or coconut water, which keeps her energetic the whole day.
To maintain the amazing glow on her face, Sonam drinks a glass of lukewarm water with honey and lime juice daily.
