Sonam Kapoor- Lifestyle and Skincare Secret Revealed

Sonam Kapoor, brand ambassador of L’oreal and daughter of Mr. Anil Kapoor, has always been in the news for her style and her different views. She is always seen experimenting with different styles on herself and that has made her the center of attraction.

Although we have not seen her in many films, she is always in the limelight because of her truly amazing fashion sense. She has set many fashion and fitness goals for her fans. 

Her beauty secret is “Love and Fresh air,” and we cannot deny it. Her husband Mr. Anand Ahuja and Sonam’s chemistry can always be seen in social media and we just love them.

So, we thought to go more into her Lifestyle and Skincare routine.

Sonam Kapoor Lifestyle Routine

Her Mantra: “Think right, eat right, be happy, content and feel beautiful from within as that reflects on your face” The unconditional love and support from her family makes her confident and she feels beautiful.

  1. She drinks coconut water every 2-3 hours, which makes her skin glow and also fulfills the hydration level in the body.
  2. Health is a priority for Sonam. She inherited this from her mother, who made sure that every family member eats wholesome food and avoid the junk.
  3. Sonam does cardiovascular training combined with weight training for six days a week. She targets different body parts like arms, abdomen, shoulder or waist. Every day for 30 mins, she does the cardio.
  4. She is also fond of Power Yoga from Bharat Thakur and classical dance forms like Kathak and she does Pilates three times a week.
  5. She believes that walking for 30 mins can really change your body, make your mind and soul happy.
  6. Her fitness trainer is Zarine Watson. She hits the gym whenever she gets time.
  7. She also likes to swim in the summer.

Sonam Kapoor Diet Plan

BreakfastAn egg with an omelet, a toast, a seasonal fruit, a glass of warm water.

Lunch Chicken, one roti (Bajra, jowar or bran), vegetable, curd, and fruits.

DinnerVeg/chicken sandwich and salad.

She eats every two hours and does not stay hungry for a long time. Whenever she is hungry or thirsty, she tries to fulfill it in a healthy manner like sipping buttermilk or cucumber juice or coconut water, which keeps her energetic the whole day.

To maintain the amazing glow on her face, Sonam drinks a glass of lukewarm water with honey and lime juice daily.

Sonam Kapoor’s Skin Care Routine

  1. She always follows the skincare routine of cleansing, toning, and moisturizing every night. She also believes in facials and gets her regular facial done by Dr. Richa Seth.
  2. She never steps out of her home without applying sunscreen. She uses Neutrogena Sunscreen
  3. She uses milk as astringent.
  4. For the homemade mask, she applies besan and curd pack.

Sonam’s Makeup Routine

  • Sonam really likes to try something different in makeup. She keeps switching her makeup often. 
  • She applies a lot of Mascara and a lip gloss during non-working days.

Her makeup essentials include- 

Sonam’s Hair Care 

  1. She oils her hair twice a month with sweet almond oil and coconut oil, which she mixes with shikakai. 
  2. She also applies a moisturizing mask on her hair for the extra smoothness of hair.
  3. Sonam brushes her hair with a Conair hairbrush, and she uses Kerastase hair products.
  4. She is very conscious of her hair and makes sure they are in good health. She also likes to color her hair.
