  • Kiara mostly rely on the homemade ingredients. She is not at all into fancy creams and lotions, instead she uses kitchen ingredients to brighten and moisturize her skin.
  • Actress is fond of the homemade scrub which her mother makes for her involving fresh cream and besan. She also uses tomato to get the glow on her skin and to exfoliate it.
  • If she has to spend time outdoors, she makes sure she applies sunscreen.
  • Her mantra is to always remove make up before sleeping and never compromise on the night time skincare regime.

  • Actress workout routine keeps switching between different modalities. She loves to go to gym, work on her kickboxing skills and also lifts weight.
  • Before, she starts her workout, she goes for running for 20 minutes. This is really important to her and is also the secret of her glow.
  • When she does not go to gym, she is into dancing and boxing.
  • Her basic workout includes functional training, cardio and squats.
  • She starts her day with a glass of warm water and lemon. This helps to increase her metabolic rate and also helps in losing weight.

Just like any other girl, Kiara also loves her Long hair. In an interview with Zoom TV, Kiara said, “My long hair is precious to me. I don’t remember the last time I cut my hair. When your hair is completely dry you don’t need to chop it off just oil it.”

  • Her best homemade hair mask is Egg and Yoghurt. This home remedy brings back life to her hair. According to Kiara “Egg used to one and even curd. But that was when I was very young. Around Holi because of all the colours that would go into the hair, our mom would put these into our hair to get back that life and nourishment and of course oiling.”
  • Kiara’s fav. Hairstyle is a top knot or ponytail.
  • She makes sure she does oiling to her hair once in a week to keep her hair and scalp moisturized.
  • For dandruff, she uses curd. Yogurt is her fav. Ingredient when it comes to taking care of hair.
  • She keeps trimming her hair to avoid split ends, dryness and hair breakage.
  • Kiara’s fav. Hairstyle is Messy Beach Waves. Whenever she is off-camera, on vacation or attending any wedding, she always prefers this hairstyle.
  • Her Stylist told “Divide the hair at the back of the head horizontally, and opt for a medium-sized hair tong. Wrap your hair around the barrel of the hair tongs by taking small subsections and slightly twisting them with each wrap. Repeat this pattern until you reach the top of your head. Divide your hair into your preferred parting, and start running the tong over small horizontal sections in the front.”
