1. Apricot-

Apricot with their hydrating and moisturizing properties help to exfoliate the dead skin cells and remove the skin dryness.

How to use:

  • Soak 4-5 Apricots in water and let them swell up
  • Make a pulp of swelled up apricots
  • Blend the pulp to make a smooth mixture
  • Add 2 tsp. of honey, ½ tbsp. of almond oil and ½ tsp. of lemon juice in it.
  • Apply the mixture to your face and let it dry.
  • Let the mixture stay for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with cold water.

2. The Papaya Magic Pulp-

Papaya has always worked to make the skin better and glowing. It is considered an anti-ageing agent. Loaded with alpha hydroxy acid, papaya acts as a natural scrub and is effective in removing dead skin cells. It also decreases inflammation and helps to reduce acne and acne scars.

How to use:

  • Mash 2 tbsp. of Papaya Pulp
  • Add 2 tsp. of Honey in it
  • Mix it properly
  • Apply the Papaya pulp on your face and neck
  • Massage it in a circular motion
  • Let it rest for 15 minutes
  • Wash it off with cold water.

3. Lemon-

This anti-oxidant and anti-pigmentary ingredient help to make skin radiant and healthy. Loaded with vitamin C and ascorbic acid, lemon helps to brighten up the skin, remove blemishes and rejuvenates the skin.

How to use:

  • Take half lemon and squeeze out its juice
  • Add a little water to it.
  • Take cotton and dab it in lemon juice.
  • Apply the juice on your face and let it stay for 15-20 minutes
  • Rinse it off with cold water.

4. Honey-

No matter you take honey internally or externally, it is very effective. Honey is rich in antibacterial properties it balances the bacteria on your skin and is effective on acne. It also acts as a natural exfoliator and takes off-dry and dull skin. Honey helps to hydrate and moisturize the skin and keep it soft and smooth.

How to use:

  • Take 1 tsp. of Honey and massage it on your skin.
  • Massage for 5 minutes daily on your skin.
  • Let it stay for 5 more minutes.
  • Wash it off with lukewarm water.
  • Pat dry and you will feel your skin softer and glowing.

5. Figs-

Also known as Anjeer. The nutrients and vitamins found in figs help to balance sebum production. It increases the hydration in the skin and keeps it free from wrinkles, premature ageing and fine lines. Figs help to rejuvenate the skin and increase collagen production.

How to use:

  • Take two figs and mash them properly.
  • Add a little milk in it.
  • Mix the ingredients properly.
  • Apply the paste on your face and neck
  • Let it stay for 10 minutes and wash it off with cold water.

6. Milk-

I have used milk since I was small and I so love this ingredient. It helps to cleanse the skin, remove dead skin cells, make skin soft and smooth and give it a glowing look. Milk is one of the best home remedies to rejuvenate the skin. It is also used for skin whitening.

How to use:

  • Take 2 tbsp. of raw full fat milk.
  • Apply it on your face and massage with it.
  • After it is dried, apply again. Repeat it for 3 times.
  • Wash it off with lukewarm water.

7. Orange Peels-

We all have played with orange peel in our childhood. But do you know it is very effective for our skin also? Rich in antioxidants, orange peel helps us to give clear and brighter skin. Its anti-microbial and anti-bacterial properties help to treat acne and also clears clogged pores. Vitamin C in orange peel helps to tighten the skin.

How to use:

  • Take some orange peel and dry them in sun.
  • Grate the dried orange peel.
  • Add 2 tsp. of gram flour in 1 tsp. of dried citrus peel powder.
  • Make a paste of it with the help of milk.
  • Apply the orange peel pack on your face
  • Let it stay for 15 minutes
  • Wash it off with cold water.

8. Watermelon and Cucumber Pack-

As delicious and tasty as both watermelon and cucumber are, they also make a perfect home remedy for rejuvenating the skin. The presence of lycopene in watermelon helps to fight the ageing signs including wrinkles and fine lines. Cucumber helps to hydrate and moisture the skin.

How to use:

  • Take 1 tbsp. of grated watermelon
  • Mix it with 1 tbsp. of grated cucumber
  • Add few drops of lemon juice in it
  • Mix the ingredients properly to make a pack.
  • Apply the watermelon and cucumber pack on your face
  • Let it stay for 5-10 minutes.
  • Wash it off with cold water.

9. The Banana Mash-

  • Wash the face first with milk and then with water.
