Caring for your lips is a basic thing, but most of the time we think about our lip care only when the winter starts or our lips become dry and chapped. This is the most common mistake that many of us do, Lip care routine is as important as our face care or hair care.

Just like your skin needs hydration to keep itself soft and smooth, your lips also need hydration to avoid getting cracked and chapped. To keep your lips hydrated, the best thing to do is to drink a lot of water and avoid touching your lips as much as you can.

2. Cleansing-

Cleaning your lips to keep their softness is one of the daily care things that you need to do. Just like our faces, our lips also come in contact with dust, dirt, and whatnot. Keeping them clean helps to make them healthy.

3. Protection-

Lips are the most delicate thing. You need to protect it from the sun’s harmful UV rays. For this, you can apply SPF-infused lip balm, to protect the lips from sunburn and premature aging.

B. Weekly Lip Care

1. Exfoliation-

Just like the exfoliation of skin should be done once a week, similarly, lip exfoliation should also be done weekly. I know, not many people have heard about lip scrub. But scrubbing your lips helps to remove dead skin cells and gives fresh, smooth lips.
