2. Healthy Diet

Using the right products and care is not only enough, but you also need to have a healthy diet and a balanced diet to maintain your thicker and longer hair. Drink plenty of water, consume green vegetables, fruits rich in vitamin ‘c’, and iron. It will keep you healthy, hydrated, and replenish them. It is the best hair growth home remedies.

3. Say ‘no’ to Heating Tools and Chemicals

The use of heating tools can make your hair dry and damage them. Occasionally go for such tools, otherwise, use natural ways to smoothen or curling your hair. Do not go for hair treatments that are done through chemicals, as they do only temporary good to hair and will damage the roots.

6. Coconut Milk For Hair Loss –

Coconut milk will nourish your hair and keep them hydrated. Either use homemade coconut milk or get it from the market, apply onto your hair for an hour and wash it off with the sulfate-free shampoo.

Homemade Coconut Milk-

Take a raw coconut and grate it in the grinder with the help of little hot water.

  • Squeeze out the milk from the grated coconut.
  • Apply the milk in the length of the hair and keep it covered.
  • You can keep the milk for the whole night or a few hours.
  • Wash it the way you used to
  • You will feel the change in your hair.

7. Potato Juice –

 

Potato contains Vitamin B, Zinc, Iron, and niacin, these help in nourishing the hair and also promote hair growth.

  • Peel one potato and grind it, extract the juice and apply to your hair for 15 min.
  • Potato juice is rich in Vitamin A, B, and C. This will keep your hair thicker and stronger by preventing it from thinning of hair.

8. Coffee for Stronger Hair –

Caffeine is great for skin and hair. It enhances the texture of your hair and also the color of your hair.

  • Add 4 teaspoons of coffee with 2 cups of water.
  • Boil it on high flame and let it cool down.
  • Cleanse your hair with shampoo, then pour this water into your hair, cover your hair for 20 min. with the shower cap and wash it off with water.
  • You can take a 1tbsp. of olive oil and honey each.
  • Mix it with 2 tbsp. of coffee powder
  • Make a smooth paste of it and apply it to the hair.
  • Leave it for 30 minutes and then wash it off normally.

9. Turmeric for Hair regrow

Turmeric is a blessing for dandruff hair. They help in keeping the scalp healthy and also makes your hair grow

  • Take a cup of raw milk, add 2 spoons of turmeric powder and 2 spoon honey.
  • Massage your hair and wash after 30 min.
  • With mild shampoo.
  • This hair mask will always keep your scalp healthy to make your hair grow longer and beautiful.

 

10. Hot oil massage-

We often underestimate the hot oil treatment of the hair. Oils like Coconut oil, Olive oil, Argan oil helps in hair growth and improve the health of the scalp.

  • Take few drops of all the oils together and mix them in a bowl.
  • Warm the oil, by keeping the bowl in a hot water
  • Take cotton, and apply the oil in your hair. Avoid using fingertips.
  • Massage your scalp for at least 30 minutes.
  • Wash it off with mild shampoo.

 

11. Apple Cider Vinegar-

ACV is very good for hair. It helps in removing dirt and oil build-up from hair. It also helps in making the scalp healthy and promotes hair growth.

  • Take 2 tbsp. of vinegar and mix it in 2 cups of water.
  • Wash your hair as usual and final rinse the hair with the mixture.

12. Brush Your Hair-

Do you brush your hair regularly? Brushing your hair helps in exfoliation and removing the dead hair. But do not brush your hair frequently. And always chose the right brush according to your hair.

13. Try the Inversion Method-

In this, you have to invert your head so that it goes down and stimulates the blood flow. The increased blood flow helps promote hair growth.

Lay on the bed and allow your head to dangle down. 

Give support to your neck with the edge of the bed and make your hair fall.

Stay in that position for 4-5 minutes.
