Day 3

  • Breakfast- Walnut pancakes + A bowl of sprouts + Milk
  • Lunch- Avocado + Lettuce wraps
  • Dinner- A bowl of salad+ Spinach vegetable

Day 4

  • Breakfast- 1 cup vegetable rice flakes + 1 orange
  • Lunch- 1 cup of arhar dal+ green chutney
  • Dinner- Pumpkin vegetable+ quinoa salad

Day 5

  • Breakfast- Omelet+ 1 cup of watermelon+ Low-fat milk
  • Lunch- Sweet potato curry+ 1 cup of brown rice
  • Dinner- Sprouts salad + Fenugreek vegetable

Day 6

  • Breakfast- Vegetable sandwich + A bowl of fruit + Almond milk
  • Lunch- Chicken or tofu + 1 cup of buttermilk
  • Dinner- Mixed vegetable + A bowl of salad

Day 7

  • Breakfast- Boiled egg+ green tea
  • Lunch- Blanched veggies + grilled fish
  • Dinner- Brown rice+ dal+ bowl of peanut salad
