1. Wash your face every day-

This is the first and foremost step. Always keep your face clean and clear and without any makeup. Before you wash your face, always wash your hands first. Splash water on your skin and then use a gentle cleanser to remove dead skin cells.

  • Always use a mild cleanser, so that it does not harm your skin.
  • For dry skin, use a cleanser that moisturizes your face.

2. Exfoliate-

 

Exfoliation of skin once or twice a week is necessary. Skin cells become clogged and can give rise to white and blackheads. Exfoliating skin helps to prevent any blemishes and also makes your skin look bright.

  • Choose a good natural exfoliator with fine ingredients like baking soda and sugar. If you are using a chemical exfoliator use the one with alpha-hydroxy acid in it.
  • Be gentle on your skin while exfoliating, rubbing harshly can damage skin cells.

3. Use diluted oil-

Spritzing diluted essential oil on your face helps to give your skin an edge on getting a naturally dewy glow. There are many amazing oils like Lavender oil, Jasmine oil, and Marula oil which help to make the skin fresh, and soft.

  • Take any essential oil you like in the ratio of 2:1, 2 being water and 1 being the oil.
  • Mix the oil and store it in a bottle and shake.
  • Spritz the oil all over your face after putting makeup.
  • Jasmine Oil, helps to hydrate dry skin and also has a pleasant smell.
  • Lavender Oil, has a relaxing scent.
  • Marula Oil, helps to reduce aging spot such as fine lines and wrinkles.

4. Eat healthy-

Having a perfectly healthy diet including fruits, lean meats, nuts, and whole grains help to keep you and your skin healthy. A well-balanced diet with all the nutrients helps to nurture your skin and also gives you a dewy look.

5. Keep yourself hydrated-

It is necessary to keep yourself hydrated. A well-hydrated body helps to flush out the toxins from the body. If you feel, you cannot keep drinking water always, try consuming water-filled fruits to fulfill the quantity. Aim for drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily.

  • Water helps to make your skin more youthful.
  • It keeps your body clean and clear from toxins.

6. Have proper uninterrupted sleep-

Not many people understand the importance of having a good uninterrupted sleep. When you sleep, your body works on rejuvenating your skin by restoring and repairing your skin cells. It is necessary to have a good 7 hours uninterrupted sleep at night for good, dewy skin.
