Time is the most important thing in anyone’s life. It is said,  “ If you waste time, time will waste you”. We all have got the exact number of hours in a day i.e. 24 hours. Still, some make good use of it, and some feel its too less. It’s all about time management tips.

Managing Time is an art, which everyone has not got. But you can learn this art without going to any college or school.

1. The Power of Positive Thinking

Lock away all the negative thoughts. Negative thoughts are an evil thing, which gives you stress and stops you from thinking good. Always have positive thinking, try to focus on good things. It will give you energy and you can think in a different way. Always remember, our thought describes and moulds our personality and character.

2. PYP (Prioritize your Priority): –

We all have priorities, but we need to arrange even those priorities in a set form. Always make a list, what requires your attention more, on which thing should you focus first. Once you have made a list and given them the importance parameter, you will finish off your task soon.

3. Work Smartly Not Harder:

This is the new 21st-century mantra “Don’t Work Hard, Work Smart”. Work that you can finish off in hours, don’t take days to finish it. Divide your work into small tasks and complete those. Always be aware of GPS (Goal, Purpose, and Scope), it will help you organize things quickly.

4. Do Meditation:

While meditating we are simply seeing what the mind has been doing all along”

Never make your mind tired of the routine you follow. Try meditating just  for 10 mins at least. It will give your mind peace and your body will relax, then you can focus on the things more properly.

6. Take Breaks: –

Don’t forget you are Human and the human body needs rest. We need to rejuvenate ourselves from time to time. Go out, have the little break, meet some people, so that you regain your energy and come back with a fresh start.

When you take a break, you give yourself time to think about your life, about your goals and you get more focused and clear with them. Taking the break is like investing in ourselves, which we should do often.

7. Don’t confine yourself: –

Never confine yourself to a limit. A human mind is unstoppable; it can achieve whatever it wishes to. Don’t limit yourself that you can’t achieve this. Challenge yourself, and you will do end up doing wonders.

Never think that you do not have enough time to do it, or you are late. Everybody is in a different time zone never end up comparing it with anyone.  Release the perfectionist mindset. Stop obsessing about the details and specifics.

8. Leave a buffer-time between tasks:

The time, which you can utilize on your own, is the Buffer Time. When you switch from one task to another, there is a little time which is left between these tasks, use this buffer time to analyze the work you have done, so that, before starting the new task you are energetic again. You can use the time to talk to someone, to go on the walk, etc.

9. Don’t Procrastinate: –

We agree Procrastination is a human nature. But it is also rightly said kal kare so aaj kar, aaj kare so ab”. When we procrastinate our work, it occupies a little space in our mind and we always think that we have to do that work. Instead, we should just finish that work ASAP. Sometimes procrastination takes place until the “last minute” before a deadline.

10. Review your progress: –

Always revise your planning. At the end of the day, just have a glance at your work, and if you feel you wasted your time somewhere, try to avoid it next time. In this manner, you can even analyze the work you have done and can review it.
